Communities of Practice

A Community of Practice (CoP) is a group of educators who come together over a length of time to deepen their knowledge, refine their instruction, and learn from one another in meaningful & ongoing ways. Change doesn't happen in a single session, it develops over time, through practice, feedback, accountabilities, and encouragement. A Community of Practice can result in not only new knowledge, but lasting shifts grounded in relationships and responsive learning experiences.

Turning Knowledge into a Lasting Impact

For anyone that loves communities & learning

You've attended trainings. You understand the information. Translating that knowledge into the dynamic and active classroom is where the real work happens!

A Community of Practice is designed to bridge this gap.

Inside a Community of Practice, you will:

  • Apply a structured literacy approach in real time with your students
  • Receive feedback to strengthen your instruction
  • Problem-solve challenges we face in practice
  • Build your confidence to make decisions

This is where educational practices and methods become clear, actionable, and sustainable. Because meaningful change doesn't happen in isolation, or overnight. It happens with consistent practice, reflection, and collaboration with others who are also committed to doing this work well.

The result?

A more precise grasp of skills. Strong relationships and outcomes for students. The confidence that you know that what you are doing is working.

If you are ready to move beyond knowing and into doing - this is a support system that will get you there!
